Placing an Order with Elle-est-Grece.Com Guideline
Once you have placed your order you will receive an order confirmation email from us. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. We are unable to make any changes to your order once you receive your shipment confirmation email.
Orders are usually processed and shipped the next business day.
During times of high-volume orders such as sale and holiday periods orders may take up to 3 business days to ship. For items on pre-order this time may also vary.
Elle-est-Grece Ltd is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that show delivery confirmation to the correct shipping address. Elle-est-Grece Ltd is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Elle-est-Grece Ltd is not responsible in the event of any delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.
International customers are responsible for all local duties and taxes.
Please note we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
Domestic Shipping Guideline
Orders within Cyprus are shipped the next business day using ACS Courier. Customers have the choice of their order being delivered to their home (door-to-door service) or to the nearest ACS pickup point for collection.

Elle-est-Grece.Com orders are sent via EMS Datapost Courier.
Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your package to arrive.
A signature will be required upon delivery. If not signed for it will be taken to your local post office for collection. You should be notified when a delivery attempt is unsuccessful. Please note that if you do not rearrange delivery or collect your parcel within the timeframe given, your parcel will be returned to us and can only be redelivered at your own expense.

Please further note that Elle-est-Grece Ltd is not responsible for any customs or import charges that may apply to your order. We suggest you check with your local customs office about their charges.
Delivery time mentioned excludes custom clearance delays.
All sale items are FINAL SALE and ineligible for return or exchange without exception. Sale items, including items purchased with a discount of 20% or more are not eligible for returns and are FINAL SALE. No exchanges are allowed.
We accept returns within 14 business days from the delivery date. Items returned must be in original condition with tags attached. Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. We reserve the right to deny a refund, exchange or store credit if the item(s) returned are not in original condition or do not meet our quality standards. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
To request a return authorisation, email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason for return. You will be contacted by customer service within 24 hours, Monday – Friday.
Elle-est-Grece Ltd will not be responsible for any packages shipped by the customer. In the event the package is lost, the customer will be responsible for tracking and routing the package back to Elle-est-Grece Ltd and getting it to our returns address within the time period allotted for a return to be accepted.
Returns can take up to 7 business days after delivery for our e-commerce warehouse to process. Once we receive your return and confirm its condition is acceptable, we will process your refund to the original form of payment within 5 business days. Please note we reserve the right to reject returns on damaged goods that do not pass inspection upon receiving at our warehouse. however original shipping charges are non-refundable. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation. Elle-est-Grece Ltd cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
