SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are usually processed and shipped the next business day.
During times of high-volume orders such as sale and holiday periods orders may take up to 3 business days to ship. For items on pre-order this time may also vary.
Elle-est-Grece Ltd, is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that show delivery confirmation to the correct shipping address. Elle-est-Grece Ltd, is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Elle-est-Grece Ltd, is not responsible in the event of any delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.
International customers are responsible for all local duties and taxes.
Please note we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

Local orders within Cyprus are shipped the next business day using ACS Courier. Customers have the choice for their order to be delivered their home (door-to-door service) or to their nearest ACS pickup point for collection.

Elle-est-Grece.Com orders are sent via EMS Datapost Courier.
Please allow 5-10 business days for your package to arrive.
A signature will be required upon delivery. If not signed for it will be taken to your local post office for collection. You should be notified when a delivery attempt is unsuccessful. Please note that if you do not rearrange delivery or collect your parcel within the timeframe given, your parcel will be returned to us and can only be redelivered at your own expense.

Return Policy
Sale Items
All sale items are FINAL SALE and ineligible for return or exchange without exception. Sale items, including items purchased with a discount of 20% or more are not eligible for returns and are FINAL SALE. No exchanges are allowed.
We accept returns within 7 business days from the delivery date. Items returned must be in original condition with tags attached. Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. We reserve the right to deny a refund, exchange or store credit if the item(s) returned are not in original condition or do not meet our quality standards. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
To request a return authorisation, email hello@elleestgrece.com with your order number and reason for return. You will be contacted by customer service within 24 hours, Monday – Friday.
Elle-est-Grece Ltd will not be responsible for any packages shipped by the customer. In the event the package is lost, the customer will be responsible for tracking and routing the package back to Elle-est-Grece Ltd and getting it to our returns address within the time period allotted for a return to be accepted.
Returns can take up to 7 business days after delivery for our e-commerce warehouse to process. Once we receive your return and confirm its condition is acceptable, we will process your refund to the original form of payment within 5 business days. Please note we reserve the right to reject returns on damaged goods that do not pass inspection upon receiving at our warehouse. however original shipping charges are non-refundable. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation. Elle-est-Grece Ltd cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
PAYMENT & PRICING
You may pay for the goods you buy from us by using a debit or credit card through Paypal. We do not hold your credit or debit card data. You do not enter any card data into the ELLE-EST-GRECE Site. When you come to pay for your order you leave our Site and your payment is processed through Paypal’s secure server. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Electron, Maestro and Visa Electron through Paypal. Upon successful completion of the payment transaction you will return to the ELLE-EST-GRECE Site and you will receive our order confirmation email.
THE CONTRACT
The contract between You and Us is legally binding. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a product subject to these Terms and Conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights. If we believe a customer acts against these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or suspend their order. This includes non-payment of ordered products and fraudulent use of our website and/or sales. We also reserve the right to bar certain e-mail addresses and telephone numbers from accessing our website to place orders. Ownership of the products will only pass to you when we have received full payment. A person who is not party to the contract shall not have the rights under or in connection with it. We may refuse to process a transaction or to provide a service at any time. We will not be liable to you or anyone else if we do this.
RESALE
By ordering from our site, you agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell any of our products. Commercially reselling our products is a breach of these Terms and Conditions and your agreement with us.

These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
PRICING
Our prices, as stated on the Site are in Euros (€) and include VAT except where it states otherwise, but does not include delivery. Delivery charges if applicable will be calculated and will be clearly shown and added to your invoice. You will be charged in Euros even if you do not live in the EU. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time. Overseas orders may incur bank charges for international transactions. Import tax may also apply if you are purchasing from a non-EU country. ELLE-EST-GRECE does not have any control over these charges. You will need to contact the relevant Customs & Excise authorities for further information before placing an order.
